Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy

Cancellations made at least 60 days before the arrival date will release the tenant from any further rental obligations. The full rental amount and security deposit will be refunded within 7 days.

For cancellations made 30 to 59 days before the arrival date, the tenant is not held responsible for future rental periods. The rental amount is refunded within 7 days, but the security deposit is non-refundable.

If the cancellation occurs 30 days or less before the arrival date, a charge equivalent to 4 weeks' rent is applied. Any rent paid for periods beyond the first 4 weeks will be refunded within 7 days. The security deposit is non-refundable.

In case of visa rejection, provided valid proof is submitted before 30 days of the scheduled move-in date, the tenant is released from future rental obligations. The rental amount is refunded within 7 days, but the security deposit is non-refundable.

If the tenant terminates the agreement early, they are liable to pay the monthly rent up until the determined termination date. Costs associated with finding a new tenant and cleaning are the tenant’s responsibility.

In cases of severe illness or government mandates forcing the tenant to vacate, exemption from contractual obligations may be considered, supported by official documentation from a competent authority. However, the tenant remains responsible for 60 days of rent from the date of notification.

The tenant is responsible for finding a suitable replacement for the remainder of the lease term. The application of the new tenant must be approved, and an administrative fee for the replacement process is applied.

If the tenant cannot find a suitable replacement, the landlord may undertake the process of finding a new tenant. In such cases, a marketing and administrative fee may be charged to the tenant’s account.

In either scenario, the tenant must continue to pay rent until a replacement tenant moves in or until the end of the original lease term. In the event of cancellation, the tenant is responsible for the cancellation fee and any unpaid rent for the remaining lease period. This policy is designed to offer flexibility under specified conditions while protecting the rights of both tenants and landlords.
