Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policyCancellations made at least 60 days before the arrival date will release the tenant from any further rental obligations. The full rental amount and security deposit will be refunded within 7 days.
In the event of cancellation made less than 60 days prior to the arrival date, the tenant is obligated to secure a replacement tenant in accordance with the contractual terms. Should a suitable replacement be found, the tenant shall be entitled to a full refund of the prepaid rental amount; otherwise, the tenant shall be held liable for an amount equivalent to 60 days' rent.
In case of visa rejection, provided valid proof is submitted before 30 days of the scheduled move-in date, the tenant is released from future rental obligations. The rental amount is refunded within 7 days, but the security deposit is non-refundable.
In the event that the tenant holds a fixed term contract, the tenant shall remain responsible for all contractual obligations until the expiration of the contract term and is required to sublet the premises in accordance with the contractual provisions.
In cases of severe illness or government mandates forcing the tenant to vacate, exemption from contractual obligations may be considered, supported by official documentation from a competent authority. However, the tenant remains responsible for 60 days of rent from the date of notification.
The tenant is responsible for finding a suitable replacement for the remainder of the lease term. The application of the new tenant must be approved, and an administrative fee for the replacement process is applied.
If the tenant cannot find a suitable replacement, the landlord may undertake the process of finding a new tenant. In such cases, a marketing and administrative fee may be charged to the tenant’s account.
In either scenario, the tenant must continue to pay rent until a replacement tenant moves in or until the end of the original lease term. In the event of cancellation, the tenant is responsible for the cancellation fee and any unpaid rent for the remaining lease period. This policy is designed to offer flexibility under specified conditions while protecting the rights of both tenants and landlords. For more information or if you have any questions, please contact us.
