Booking & payments
How do I book a room?
Choose your city, pick a room type, select your stay dates, then continue to the checkout page. Fill in your details, make the payment, and your booking is confirmed.
How does the first payment work?
At checkout you pay the initial deposit and a service fee. The deposit secures your room, and your first rent instalment is due by your move-in day.
How are rent payments structured?
Rent is due every four weeks with flexible leasing terms. Your exact payment schedule is set out in your housing agreement.
How do I cancel my booking?
Cancellations are handled according to the cancellation policy provided with your booking. Reach out to our team and we'll walk you through the steps that apply to your reservation.
Lease, extensions & changes
Why are there set move-in dates?
Move-in dates are aligned to the start and end of each month to keep turnovers and cleaning organised. If you need a specific date, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate it.
How can I extend my stay?
Submit a written extension request at least 60 days before your lease ends. Extensions are subject to availability, and we'll confirm your renewed term in writing.
Can I change my room type?
Yes, room changes are possible subject to availability. An additional cleaning fee may apply when you move to a different room.
What's included & furnishings
What's included in the rent?
Rent covers all utilities, high-speed internet and a fully furnished living space. Where available, access to building amenities such as gyms, pools and rooftop terraces is included too.
Are the kitchens equipped?
Every apartment has a fully equipped shared kitchen with dining space and the utensils you need to cook and eat comfortably.
Is internet included?
Yes. Unlimited Wi-Fi is included in the rent. Fresh bed linens are provided and every room is deep-cleaned before you move in.
Is there laundry access?
All of our properties have either in-unit or on-site laundry facilities, so washing and drying are always close by.
Viewings & move-in
Can I see the room before booking?
Absolutely. You can schedule a virtual or in-person tour through our website before you commit to a booking.
How does check-in work?
Check-in begins after 4:00 PM on your move-in date. You'll receive detailed instructions by email beforehand, including the contact details of your housing coordinator.
