Washington DC · Coming soon
Furnished rooms in Washington DC are on the way
We are not open in DC yet. Join the free waitlist and tell us what you need, and you will hear first when our rooms are confirmed.
What we are planning
The same kind of home we run in Toronto and Calgary, brought to the capital.
- Private furnished rooms
Your own lockable bedroom with a bed, desk and storage, in a shared home.
- One all-inclusive payment
In Toronto and Calgary, utilities and Wi-Fi are part of the rent. We plan the same for DC.
- Flexible lease lengths
Terms that fit a semester, an internship or a relocation, set out clearly on every listing.
- Move-in ready
Arrive with a suitcase: kitchens and common areas are set up before you move in.

Questions about Washington DC
- Do you have rooms in Washington DC right now?
- Not yet. We are preparing our first Washington DC homes and have not set a launch date. Nothing is listed or bookable today, and we will not ask you for a deposit or documents until a real room is available.
- What does joining the waitlist do?
- It tells us when you want to move, for how long, your budget and where in the city you would like to live. That shapes which neighbourhoods we open in first, and you hear from us before rooms are listed publicly.
- How much will rooms cost?
- Prices will be set once homes are confirmed and shown on each listing. The budget you share on the waitlist helps us choose homes that match what people actually need.
- Can I rent a room in Toronto or Calgary in the meantime?
- Yes. Both cities have furnished, all-inclusive rooms available now.
